Initiate Your Request

Log into your TT account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly tools, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
